(11) Full blood preferred to half blood -Sec.18
Heirs related to an intestate by full blood shall be preferred to heirs related
by half blood, if the nature of relationship is the same in every other respect.
Simplified Version
(11) Full blood preferred to half blood -Sec.18
Successors related to a person dying without will, by full blood (children from
the one wife and one husband) shall be preferred to the Successors related to
half blood (children from the one husband and two or more wives) if the nature
of relationship is the same in every respect.
