If any person is disqualified from inheriting any property under this Act, it
shall devolve as if such person had died before the intestate.
(20) Succession when successor disqualified -Sec.27
If any person is disqualified from inheriting any property under this Act, it
shall pass over in succession considering such a person had died before the
person dying without a will.
