I was very pleased overall with the whole Repatriation process from NRI Legal Services, particularly the updates from Abdul and Savinder.
However, It did take a long time but that was more to do with Citibank being over-zealous in requesting too much documentation and not sticking to their decisions, as well as the ongoing Covid situation delaying things.
I did formally complain to Citibank about the service they provided and although they have acknowledged some of their failings – i.e my Relationship manager not being proactive – for which they said they have sent her on additional training course but I am still waiting to hear their full assessment addressing my complaint issues on the whole.
I thank you for the service and all the support in accomplishing this mammoth task.
